The first step is to figure out how my program can practically operate at Guilderland High School. I need to outline exactly why we need this program and what it could give to our school. After that, I need to layout our steps to make this happen.

Once everything is in progress, I want to be able to see how this program has impacted our school. I need to figure out a way in which I can outline that information, and possibly use it as a model for other school to implement as well.
March SDA
I have used this month to collaborate with the middle school and my coordinators to create a transition survey that could be helpful when planning a mentorship program for our district. It will enable us to see what incoming freshmen are struggling with and how we can help eighth graders next year so that they are more comfortable coming into high school.
